And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Wish I knew how to post pictures in the comments. I'm runnin a 1920 model T body I picked up in Great Falls, Mt. years ago for $200. Perfect? Not likely. Serviceable? You gawddamn right it is.... Speedy Bill chassis, SBC/4 speed drivetrain, 9 inch Ford rear with coils n radius rods '33 Plymouth front axle on a buggy sprung 4 bar with Bilsteins all 'round, Corvair box/honda accord steering column and all done for under $4000... If that truck ain't "restoreable" it's because someone simply lacks the DESIRE to build it.
Watch one those cable restoration shows. All the parts will magically appear and in two weeks it will be running with a ready buyer!
ReplyDeleteThat depends, how much money you got?
