He's been the managing west coast director at Venable LLP since 2006, according to his LinkedIn page. This is a law firm with eight offices and 800 lawyers on the payroll. In early 2017, he took the bar in Washington D.C and was sworn in on March 10 of the same year.
Probably looking forward to tapping into that political scene in DC. Seems like a sure fire way for politicians to get filthy rich very quickly.

Deletepeople like her have started a revolt and revolution in the democrat party. look at the party reaction to shultz and bloomberg vs harris, cortez, liz, et. al. and see the desire of the rank and file democrat voters to move back to the centrist policies the party used to have twenty years ago. an independent candidate with center of left ideology will cause a fractured democrat vote in the next cycle. why is that? don't democrat voters lock step in behind the party's designated champion? or are they human enough to think of something other than self interest? I don't know. I know a quite a few democrats in colorado and for the most part they are mindless drones doing what their told to do. but I do know some who are asking for a viable alternative to the purely leftist socialist agenda being forced on them by the dnc. I just do not know what they will do in 2020. I have no confidence in any democrat or liberal to look toward the good of the country. I DO have confidence in them embracing prurient self interest and greed. simply look at the wealthiest counties in the country all of which are surrounding the District of Columbia and the district always voted democrat.
