53 percent of Californians want to leave the state, according to new survey

According to a new survey by Edelman Intelligence, 53 percent of Californians are considering moving out of state due to the high cost of living. Millennials are even more likely to flee the Golden State — 63 percent of them said they want to.

Sixty-two percent also call homelessness a very serious issue for California.

One of the most frequently Googled questions in California last year was "Should I move out?"

Well then, if you don't like how things are going, stop voting for Democrats, ya morons!

California should be a wonderful place to live, with the weather, the resources, the beautiful mountains and valleys, the people and the multi varied economy.  Instead, stupid political decisions have made it more and more difficult to stay here and enjoy the good life that should be natural.

Frankly, a complete do over might be the best.  Return to territorial status, fire all politicians, repeal all but the most basic laws, divide the state into three or four parts aimed at grouping regions and peoples into more congenial economic and political  entities, and then re-establish them into separate states, letting them then govern themselves accordingly.  Let's see who flourishes and who doesn't.

I'm thinking you'll see something similar to what has happened on the east coast, where formerly vibrant areas like New England are crashing and burning due to their lunatic progressivism, while southern states, formerly considered backwaters, are booming.

Let's make the experiment, shall we?

  1. Thinking State of Jefferson on a larger scale. Colorado is going the same way...my neighbor ranchers have about had it with the urbanite nimrods telling them how to live and imposing restrictive regulations from afar. It will come to a head.

  2. And if you do move out....Don't vote Democrat in your new state. Change your license plates immediately and don't ever, ever, ever say "Well...In California, we....."

    1. X2 The license plates have to be the first to go.

The last time I visited Oregon, a friend I stayed with (local Chief of Police) hand me a set of undercover Oregon license plates for my truck that had CA plates on it and he said, "Use these while you're in Oregon."

  3. UGH, turn north and build the wall up the Colorado River! NO-ONE, repeat, NO-ONE, wants any of these lunatics escaping to neighboring states. You all contributed to making the mess in CA, you all should be REQUIRED to stay there and fix it! Apologies CW.

    1. Does that mean we get to return all the people that moved into the states since the 60's, that came for employment, schooling etc.....
What about all the Governors who have been showing up for the last several years begging and giving tax incentives to CA businesses to relocate? Did you think they would leave all their employees behind? Have you told your local/state governments to say NO to any businesses from CA?

    2. If you migrated there...stay there, you're part of the problem! Screw the Governors and the businesses from Calif., don't really need them. And yes, I do tell, and continue to tell, local and state Gov't to AVOID Calif business like the friggin plague! YES, you are despised that much...get over it.

  7. Check your voter registration.
If it shows Democrat, stay and enjoy the fruits of your labors.

  8. Don't come to Georgia. You too, New Yorkers and any other Blue State escapees. I hear Puerto Rico needs help.

  9. To bad haters--I ESCAPED.
People in this state have been welcoming, and we have had several discussions on why we left. Difference is they engaged and found out we wanted more freedom and less liberal looney tunes running the state.

  10. I'm a CA native son that has never in my life voted for a Democrat in all my 5+ decades of voting. I've voted NO on all the initiatives & other measures to spend money on idiotic crap like Bullet Trains to Nowhere. Every vote I've ever cast has been toward freedom and against socialism, but My.Vote.Doesn't.Matter!

Vote fraud has been a polished art here for years & years. Now they can just print 'em up & they don't even need voters, just people to count the fraudulent votes. Who's going to blow the whistle when they're all in on it?
