And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Yup, but Kirby "Sky King" Grant flew a Cessna "T-50" Bobcat in the TV series... later upgraded to the Cessna 310 when it came out!! The "Bobcat" had a conventional tail and would only hold about 4 maybe 6 passengers... also the Bobcat was nicknamed the "Bamboo Bomber' as some of its structure was wood and fabric covered 2 300 hp Shaky jakes on the front... the Beech "18" was "All Metal" could hold 11 or 12 people (We used to put 10 + Pilot when skydiving!!) 2 450hp. P&W radials, also the Beech had a twin tail photo shows probably the only 2 "18's" that were set up on floats!! skybill
Why the passenger step-ladders hanging out in mid-flight?

I met Sky King at a promotional event in a shopping center parking lot when I was 6 years old. About 1963. Thanks for reminding me.
