And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Reminds me of my younger years. Of course, mine was a Michelob, or a Guinness Extra Stout, if I'd been paid recently. Still have a taste for the Guinness, and the stuff in cans w/the nitrogen widget is *almost* as good as a freshly pulled pint draft, and is *immensely* better that the glass bottled six-packs of olde - the ones with the batch# on the label. We took to noticing what the batch# was, as we'd occasionally get one that tasted burnt - so we'd avoid the rest of that batch. ;-)
