The Justice Department is fighting the release of a secret court opinion finding unconstitutional surveillance.

Of course, the Justice Department.  What a surprise.

Sooner or later, there is going to be a demand that the administration stop resisting all this and come clean.  When they flatly refuse, then Congress is going to have to decide whether to get serious with these Chicago thugs, and it will be up to us, the people, to keep the heat on them to do it.

And if Congress can't get it done, I guess we will need to call on:
