I've seen on a British news webpage that the Norks told the Brits/Russians that after Apr 10, they could no longer guarantee the Geneva Conventions rules on keeping them safe from harm.
ReplyDeleteApr 15 is some big major holiday for the Norks. My bet one flies on that day although I think the Norks would likely use some other method of attack (limited) where they couldn't be so directly fingered.
