If you can get past the Charles Kuralt style, condescending tone of the narration, this is a very interesting video.  The Feral Irishman ought to relate to this kind of work.

 You just gotta like a shop where the equipment is still run off of belts, and some of it was made in the 1800's.  That would be a good return on investment, to know something purchased back then was still producing today over a hundred years later.
