Good News.

A genetically engineered virus has shown itself able to significantly extend the lives of patients with otherwise terminal liver cancer.

While it doesn't appear to cure the cancer right now, with further work that might be in store in the near future.  After that, perhaps all cancer would fall to this new therapy.
