The Air Force's new X - 35B space plane has now been in orbit a third longer than it's original mission, and insiders are ecstatic about it's performance. One stated that "it sips fuel like a Prius."
More interesting is that no one outside the secretive corridors of the Air Force knows what it is really doing up there orbiting over the Earth. One intriguing possible mission is suggested by the fact that it passes very close to the new but unmanned as of yet Chinese space station.
I say they should pause for a few minutes on one of those passes and put something on the space station door to let the Chinese know that we have been there, like a Disneyland sticker, or something else appropriate. Imagine their consternation reporting that back to Peking!
