Here is a bit of video on that plane in the sand picture I posted on earlier.  Thanks to Pissed, I learned that it is likely a drug plane that crashed on Ventanilla Beach down in Mexico several years ago.  The locals don't like to talk about it too much, but the rumor was that the town was rich with quality weed for a long time thereafter.

That story makes more sense than anything else.
