And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

If you want to get rid of the skeeters, buy a propane powered mosquito eliminator with a chemical attractant. Those absolutely work, IF you put them in the right place (upwind, mosquitoes fly toward heat and chemical plumes). A typical unit will cover about a quarter acre, maybe a bit more if location and terrain are just perfect. Don't buy the bug zappers.
Problem with bug zappers is that they don't kill a heck of a lot of mosquitoes, but a lot of beneficial bugs such as pollinators.
