  1. Needs two M-60s on each side, and a 40mm grenade launcher chin turret.

    1. You must have been a Vietnam helicopter crew man or pilot. I was a door gunner with 116th AHC flying out of the 25ths base camp at Cu Chi. Did about 2 1/2 years b\fling on B&C Huey Gunships. We had the 48 shot rocket pods until the change to the 19 shot pods. Best job I have ever had with no regrets. Glad to see that you made it home. Slow Hand Salute too you!

  3. A relative was at base camp at Cu Chi. Did maintenance on the helicopters. Did pilots and door gunners ever speak to those who did the work on the helicopters?

  5. It is for real but is only an art piece, not a flying aircraft. It's an art piece known as the "Frankencopter". Created by Canadian aviation technician Chuck Jurgen Teschke in Alberta, Canada, the mash-up perfectly blends an old VW bus body with a scrapped Airbus H125 helicopter.
