  3. I hope that some pro chef will 'splain to me how that asparagus was cooked. Were the spears precooked and then partially cooked bacon wrapped around? If you are opening up a serving to enjoy, is there a plain green band under the bacon? I'm a typical weekend BBQ maestro and I would like to serve that as a "go with" the meat.

    1. It’s easy. A little olive oil, salt and pepper on the asparagus. Wrap in bacon. Grill over low heat. A grill basket helps.
