And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Searching on YouTube for this Saant Maarten beach finds you vids with better resolution, and more people and sand getting blown around by the jetwash. Alas, I didn't visit this beach when I was there. All I remember was the scuba diving and the nude beach (not this beach).
Been there, seen that. Also, a jet taxied to the end of the runway and cleared the beach when they powered up to take off. Very cool. The bar to the right has air traffic control blaring on the loudspeaker so you know when they are arriving.
