  2. Great looking car either way classic “Kidney Grille”. Contrast with grossly unaesthetic contemporary BMW grilles.

  3. “either way” should read “with”. Spellcheck error.

    1. Mid-1970s 2002, likely a 2002tii. Two, I think, at the Bama SAE House back then. Both Mountain Brook guys. Absolutely beautiful monster $$$$, suburban Birmingham city.

Sad that Buckhead could not secede from ATL. If a vote were taken here in Charleston to secede south of the Crosstown (US 17), we would. An EZ 80-20 , at the least.

  5. I was fortunate to own a '74 Inka Orange 2002Tii. Had the engine blueprinted and balanced by Quicksilver Race Engines in Maryland, and the suspension modified by Miller & Norburn in North Carolina. Another one of the cars I loved in my life!

  6. Could have bought one back in the early 90s for $5,000. Being a poor college student, I just couldn't swing it.

  7. Looks like the one I had in my driveway in Mail Valley, Marin County, CA circa 1980. A great time to be alive in a great place.
