  3. Have spent many hours in the seat of one of those. It was OK when I was young but now I prefer a cab and a more comfy seat.

  4. That's apparently the upgraded version. The old Case tractors we had from about that same era only had the spring under the seat, no shock absorber.

  6. Looks like Granddady Joe's old tricycle-style Farmall.
    I don't remember the shock absorber seat, but it might have had one.
    Used to put an old can over the exhaust when we were finished for the day, because who knows where the flapper went.
    He taught me the fine art of stick shifting on that tractor.
    Good times gone now, never to be regained.

  7. The shock absorber is special factory part # 0h-0h-Ah K64.9 special hemmorrhoid relievement device. (Could also be retrofitted to any Ford pickup truck).
