And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Anon 12:14 is wrong. My GMT Master was purchased at the China Fleet Club in 1969. A large % of military personnel used "Zulu Time" - today it's UTC, I think. Military use can be very demanding. Mine never let me down.
Greenwich Mean Time is the classic name.
If you have a Rolex Oyster serviced per recommendation they will last and last. They most certainly are not fragile. If you don't change the oil regularly on your Rolls Royce or John Deere it will become ....fragile.
"Tune-ups" eventually add up to more than the original purchase price, which is saying something given how much they cost. Wore mine daily for 30 years, not fragile, but gave it up for a fitness watch as I've "retired" to ski racing.
1 please.

ReplyDeleteI've been wearing mine daily for 30 years. No fragility detected.
