And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'm thinking the ad agency knows the niche market very well. WTH is with a wet dress and boots? Urban girls w/o a decent guy are the target? I just don't get this picture at all.
They're targeting girls (not women). Girls have a thing about horses, dream about unicorns, galloping off into the sunset. Dressing 'em up like that, so impractical and almost impossible to comfortably ride, just part of the ad.

Who leads a horse through shallow water when they could ride with a better line-of-sight, and keep their boots dry? There's almost nothing to look at here, that isn't stupid.
