  1. Don't see a conversion on a beetlebug bus like that much, looks pretty cool.

    1. That is how sand acts when aliens came from space and carefully drop a van in place. No tracks leading to the current position

  3. It's theoretically possible to bolt a microbus onto a 4x4 frame (I regularly saw a Jaguar XJ6 on a F150 chassis in Ottawa South on my commute) the engine would protrude through the front of the VW and crowd the footwells in the front.
Unless the engine was in the middle below a raised floor with a short rear and long front driveshaft and the radiator set in the tailgate with an electric fan.

    1. While it is theoretically possible this one would have to be driven with hand controls. Those tires and wheel wells leave no space for pedals inside the cab

  4. The proportions behind the sliding door are off.
Also the sliding door would not be able to open with the louvers on the rear window and those fender guards. When the sliding door on a VW bus is open it covers the top part of the rear wheel.

  5. My old Vee Dub bus could climb like a mountain goat. Why would you do a conversion?
