And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I think it's a Bugatti Type 57 Atalante because of the tiny center ridge on the roof. Only 17 Atalantes were built and each one was unique, made by hand to the buyer's specifications. It might also be a Talbot-Lago T150 teardrop coupe or a Delahaye 135, the French coachbuilders of the late '30s such as Figoni et Falaschi all chased the same fashions. Al_in_Ottawa
