Mother's Day pizzas and drinks from the Garden Tap in Mt. Shasta City. Also bought some thyme and potted it up. Plan: fresh thyme whenever wanted.

  1. The plan this weekend is to get all my herbs potted up. Thyme, sage, parsley, cilantro, rosemary and of course basil...lots of basil. Set them out on the patio where they can get lots of Sun. There is still a chance of frost here but they should be OK. Arugula (rocket) on pizza is actually pretty good. Steve_in_Ottawa

  5. The ONLY style pizza I will eat nowadays- 00 Italian wheat- and my gut is healed! Stop eating anything with "enriched" wheat fellas- it is slowly destroying your health. Dead, toxic, highly inflammatory, gut destroying garbage. Or do whatever...

  6. Thanks for posting that, CW. My wife's family is from McCloud, so we're always up for a new (to us) restaurant on Mt. Shasta City when we ride up from San Francisco.

  7. Jeff, it's an outdoor pizza place that sits in the middle of a local nursery. Very nice outdoor environment, plus you can pick up a couple bags of dirt for the garden at home!
