And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I prefer to ride around in the back of this boat on The Gulf of America. Hopefully the sea trials will be uneventful. That's too high & definitely too cold.
Just remember that all the groceries and water (8 # gallon) has to go up those stairs or with the chain hoist. The storms will make it all worthwhile though...
And, after a few beers, you gotta take a leak - only... you realize that wasn't a Beer FART, you got the squirts, and the outhouse is, waaayyy down there. Nope, ain't gonna just hang over the edge, like taking a leak with the wind at your back, you gotta go - like NOW!
