  4. A lot of fat from the corn and molasses at the feed lot. Rather have Grass Fed.

    1. Greg, that is vey well marbled beef. Absolute top dollar is paid for that. I certainly would not turn that steak down! - Snakepit

  5. My daughter and son in law raise Angus crossed with Aka Ushi one of the breeds used in Kobe beef. Their steaks look like this.

  6. That's probably a $100 steak these days. Read some scary numbers on Canadian and US beef herds recently. Canada's herd is at 1989 levels and US herds are at 1954 levels! Going to be a while before they get back....if ever. Steve_in_Ottawa
