  2. Mine was red, and in the kitchen we went with "harvest gold". We might mock these color schemes now, but I miss them, looking at all the identical grayish vehicles on the road and no-color interiors.

    1. lol. Those grey/gray cars match the pavement!! Seriously, spending $65k on an average car/truck and you drive around camouflaged as road. I don’t get it. Great wagon. M/D had the Country Squire. Rear seats faced back so my sisters spent 3weeks a year looking into someone face.

  3. IMHO that "wood paneling" is most likely vinyl adhesive stick on.

    1. it is and it's 'spensive ! backing my girlfriend's dad's car around our crowded driveway and i dented the front fender of a 71 ford wagon w/ that stuff on it. cost me about 700 bucks because insurance wouldn't cover it. 1972.
