And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Worked in a custom van shop late 70s. Helped build quite a few "Shaggin Wagons". Most all were some combination of Shag Carpeting, Crushed velvet upholstery, and wood paneling. Platform bed, sunroof, lighting and sound system. Some were extremely elaborate with murals, custom paint, raised roof, etc. Most were fairly simple custom jobs. Worked with a few older guys that had been doing it for several years, picked up a lot of knowledge, had a lot of fun, heard lots of stories, and drank way more beer than I was supposed to in high school. Fun times....
Last one of mine was a ‘90, redid the conversion totally, birch wood cabinets to boot. Drove all around the country. Wish I could go back to drive this new in ‘78 - and stay there.

I had an 86 Dodge Prospector van, with the seats, it was good!
