And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
For 90% of us, the lessons were taught WAY BEFORE any situation ever occurred in public. You KNEW BETTER not to misbehave or embarrass them while out (and that included at restaurants too). Now its as if every location is a Chuck 'E Cheese location or similar, while completely useless parents let their demon spawn run wild and will fight you for even mentioning how horrible their little "bastards" are.
