And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My cousin worked for IH (Farmall) and he bought one in the late 60's/early 70's. Pretty sure there was an employee discount involved but I know that he only kept it for 2-3 years and he said that one was enough.
Always wanted one, superb component trucks, all the heavy duty spicer and dana parts, plus truly heavy duty gas engines. Only the bodies rotted out way too soon. Though the Scouts where fairly easy to replace the bottom of the body metal with one piece and some basic metal fab.
The old corn binders were as tough as any other truck in the 50s-60s. Pulled this one out of my favorites collection. https://www.binderplanet.com/forums/index.php
I was looking for the "Commission Earned" under this one. 😕
