And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
What a beautiful setting. For those who live in the high humidity woods, they know and understand that termites are simply something that you have to deal with.
A roaring fireplace, a sleeping dog, a stack of books, a comfortable chair and a window looking out at brilliant fall foliage make for no better place to spend an afternoon.
BTW the foliage suggests the location is further north and less termite friendly
