And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I had a '65 stepside when younger. It was hands down the hardest riding truck I've ever owned, you could injure your spine driving over a piece of yarn.
My dad had one of those pickups, when you traveled on those old county roads, gravel and big potholes, the inside of the truck was loud and noisy, banging your head on the un-padded door frame and hanging on...I was six years old and having a ball. What a hoot!
