    1. So, I pull all the hot peppers of the bushes, then buy a bag of sweet peppers at the store for body. Then, clean the peppers, throw them in a pot with four cups water, one third cup apple cider vinegar, a healthy dollop of honey (or maple syrup), four teaspoons of salt, however much of that cut up garlic you want, and simmer until everything is soft. Then puree in the blender. Voila!

    2. Thanks. You might want sometime to buy some Habaneros and roast them to add a smoky flavor to your sauce.

I'm pretty sure Robert Heinlein would approve of your hot sauce.

    3. What was your yield, about a gallon and a half?
How did you package and store it?
With no preservatives I'll assume you'll use it all pretty quick.
Gives real meaning to, "I put that !@#$ on everything!"

    4. What you see is what I got. It keeps pretty well in our cold fridge, but yeah, I like to use it on lots of stuff.

  2. If I'm not mistaken, that center ingredient is the hazardous material that Ilhan Omar's toady squirted at her recently. And she lived to tell about it. Imagine that.
