  1. Looks good, but why didn't they finish peeling the shrimp? There you are, enjoying a meal at a restaurant, eating with a fork like a civilized person, and some fop foodie 'chef' leaves the tails on, leaving you too have to perform microsurgery to eat the shrimp with fork and knife, or you have to pick 'em up by the tails, or eat the whole thing, tail shell and all.

    Pet peeve.

    2. Thank you. Thats one of my pet peeves. I’ve been told “chefs” leave the tails on to imply the shrimp are fresh. I’m not buying it.
      Thake’m off. The last thing I want to do is get my fingers dirty or have to use utensils to strip off the tails. If I want to strip off the tails myself I’d go to Costco.
