And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
To be fair, nobody had to worry about miles per gallon MANDATES from the worthless government back then. Gasoline was so inexpensive that drivers didn't care either. Everything these days HAS to look like a freshly minted turd to achieve the aerodynamics needed to reach CAFE goals. Thankfully Trump seems to be eliminating them...or so he says.
'60 since the tail lights are vertical, the next year they were horizontal. I think this was one of the first Cadillacs designed after Bill Mitchell replaced Harley Earl as head of design at GM. Al_in_Ottawa
