  5. That's a nice t-bone right there. Too much on the well done side but still a good one. Looks like a home grown Iowa raised slice of beef like the ones in the freezer.

    1. That is a Porter House, not a Tbone, too much of the filet included. The charring on the outside is what you strive for, the inside should be warm and pink!

  7. T- bone is a filet mignon and a New York strip. That has to be a porterhouse judging by the size
