In '67 the DOT decreed that all cars must have side marker lights for the '68 model year. Detroit scrambled to add them so this is a '68 Mustang. The Bullitt movie Mustang had square tubes welded to the rocker panels to allow cameras to be mounted. A co-worker back in the mid 80's had a '68 fastback. He found a 427 side-oiler engine in a small sports car. He swapped that into his Mustang. He was looking to get $10k for it then. He didn't think the wreck was a Cobra, but he didn't bother to look too hard at it.
She's standing in the exact position to block whether it's a 67 or 68.
