  1. Seems pricey for what you get.

After trying a bunch of different types, I find I prefer a bag with an open interior, rather than compartmented; but that's simply a personal preference. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the Primary Arms bag I now use. Got it for around $30 on sale as I recall, but would be a happy owner even at the regular $50ish (last time I checked) price.

  2. and I prefer a bag that doesn't advertise that it's full of guns, ammo and range gear.

    1. What kind of range bag doesn't look like a range bag?

  3. That's too big. If I need a whole bunch of crap for a range trip I just throw it in the back of the car and back right up to the bench at the range. Otherwise all I need is something to carry muffs, a pack of targets, a stapler and a couple three boxes of ammo. Maybe a can of spray paint. The gun has its own bag.

  5. Here's the one I use when I do a full load out to the pro-range. Plenty of room, well organized, and less than 1/4 the cost.
