And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Take a good look because these comfy working class rural abodes on an acre are getting scarce thanks to the way the direction of America is going. Heck, The Progressives have about done away with TeePees and it's the future for single family homes. Of course the multi-million dollar gated mansions will be exempt.
Plastic house, plastic fence. I helped build a cottage about this size. The entire exterior was plastic. The deck boards, the deck joists, the soffits, the posts, the beams, even the doors and windows were vinyl. I get it about lowering maintenance, but c'mon. Vinyl warps and twists out of shape in a few seasons. Not even talking about harsh northern climes or infernal summer heat. Vinyl needs solid backing ... like wood.
Add another 1000sf of wrap around porch, and a 40' bridge to a detached 3 car garage-workshop-office, and it will be very similar to what we live in right now.
