And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Evolution. The 300 Blackout
Rumor has it that Ruger has chambered their venerable Mini 14 in this round.
.300 blk is a nice 'boutique round. Doesn't do everything but within design parameters it performs well. Effective inside 200 odd yards, capable of taking deer at short range and a VERY effective suppressed subsonic round inside 100 yards with the big bullets. Brass is easily made from .223 brass and the only thing you need to convert an AR is a barrel all other parts are standard AR. A much better than average wildcat that is probably here to stay.
