The National Security Agency has begun winding down its collection and storage of American phone records after the Senate failed to agree on a path forward to change or extend the once-secret program ahead of its expiration at the end of the month.
Good riddance to this absurd intrusion into everyone's lives, made with absolutely no approval by the citizens of the country.
The leviathan government must be shrunk to a size more in keeping with the original vision of the founders. This could perhaps be seen as a first step.
A smaller gov would be a good thing.
