That's sad! An interchangeable plastic toy runs into a unique work of art, built by craftsmen in an age of beauty. I do hope that modern day craftsmen can repair the damage; as for the toy, throw it away. There are lots more where it came from, and none are worth much.
That's actually a fairly easy fix. Looks like straightforward woodwork. We used to buy fine wooden boats damaged worse than this on the Gulf coast after a hurricane or strong storm and then fix them up good as new. Paint matching might be hard but it's also pretty easy to paint a boat.
