And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Redhead with tactical shotgun = trouble
It looks like she's torching it off right in front of her house. Probably on stray dog control duty. That must be the reason for the can - keep the neighbors happy.
That looks like a SPA12. And she's a redhead - likely with freckles - and somebody pissed her off. Maybe a Jehovah's Witness flogging Watchtower magazines or the mailman got the letters wet? It's her right to take balanced and appropriate action. Don't ever suggest it's not (ask not for whom the bell tolls).
