  2. 3 more county deputies in GA "resigned" after improperly using the flock data. How many have gone undetected over the last few years?

    1. Saw a LONG list of infractions on a site yesterday - and that was just the ones that got caught. Interestingly, a majority of them were sheriffs and police chiefs.

    2. Just another item to the long list of politicians and other "in-charge" types that insist "That never happens."

    3. Law enforcement should require a search warrant to access what Flock sells!

    4. As typical, the court is lagging. Flock is working to mesh everything together. Even between companies such as different camera manufacturers. So the data scooped up by one is shared with all.

That is absolutely a violation of the 4A. No gray area. The court needs to jump on this. But the court only scuffs along.

And if you criticize, warn, or complain you are treated as a terrorist.

  3. Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
    Those cameras are "searching" 24/7.

  4. I’m a little torn. Privacy on a public street is a stretch if you expect it. They seem to be catching a lot of criminals, if you believe them. One DA in Lakeland FL for instance. We’ll see.
