  2. The only thing that comes close to a nice juicy steak is a bite of the side dish you used to sop up the juice from the steak.

  3. I did a rib-eye yesterday also. I gave it a nice coating of Heffer Dust and a slathering of German Thyme butter before it hit the Recteq. Medium rare perfection with a baked sweat potato.
