  5. As a teen in the 70's I worked in the pits at US30 drag way in York, P.A..
    Met them all but my favorites where Don "The Snake" Prudhomme and
    Tom "The Mongoose" McEwen.
    It was also cool to take a spin around the parking lots because it seemed
    like every muscle car within a 50 mile radius was there.

  7. If you look in the upper Right Hand corner, you'll see a modern (SUV?) wheel. This is a display line up, and I would bet that over half of those cars, are recreations. Later in the evening, they will light those cars off, and have a "Cacklefest". Search Cacklefest on you tube to see what they look like, I've been to the ones at Famoso Raceway several times and there are Awesome!
