And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Two eggs over easy, biscuits and gravy, and bacon. Coffee, black.
Those trolly car greasy spoons could be found everywhere across rural NewEngland in the 60's, great idea, great gut lumber. Usually run by one guy, usually the owner, they where tiny but efficient, great way for a guy to make a living, long hours though, but your your own boss, most where a kind of kit you bought from a number of companies, some all stainless, in and out. Maybe that style of self employment makes a come back, being all self contained, easier to get permitting. Just need a postage stamp road side lot and your good.
and some taters...a thingy of jelly....PLEASE.
