And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Most likely its got the big block, most came with it. Nice engine, just about run forever, built for OTR tractors. So much torque they pull almost like a diesel.
Best thing with that, adapt a NV4500 5 speed, out if an early Dodge 12 valve Cummins, all but indestructible tranny with superb power transfer, put one in my 3/4 ton SD Chevy, behind a small block TBI crate engine, mostly leave it in fourth gear, powers along from 1000rpm to 2000rpm and get great milage, just shy of 18mpg, soon as i got to shift up and down milage barely breaks 12mpg.
