  1. meh... I've tried Stubbs before and it's not that great. It's always better to make your own if you have the time(it's not hard), but I usually keep 1 commercially bottled sauce for those nights when I have no home-made in the fridge and no energy to make more. Tiny difference between all of them

  2. It is a different mix for a chicken. It does change between oven cooked and on the Recteq pellet grill. Then a mix of onion powder, garlic, black pepper, and salt on a beer can stand chicken in the Recteq is hard to beat.
