  2. Mine is more than 60 years old, gray, wall mount, and the best part: it has the levers to pull the rotating disc out for drafting pencils.

  5. My grandfather had a old school pencil sharpener hanging inside the cellar door.
    Many times as a kid would search high and low in the house looking for unsharpened pencils just to use it.

  8. I still have one just like that. The rubber in the attaching mechanism is old and brittle, won't hold vacuum against any surface. I should strip that off, drill four holes and mount it in the garage. Only problem is I use pencils mostly in the house these days. I have a plastic pocket sharpener for those. Maybe I should just toss the whole thing.
