And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

About as functional as tits on a bull. I've ridden motorcycles since I was 9 and been on everything from tiny dirt bikes to big Can-Am Spyders. I would NOT touch that.
What is the story here? I see a piece of art not a functioning motorcycle. Is it implied that this is a motorcycle or a model for the shape of a proposed motorcycle? (OK.. had to research. I can make the equivalent with play-doh. It is a model. I am much too literal. If someone says it is a motorbike I presume it is a motorbike.)

This is ridiculous. How would one sit on it? Is the bigger tire the drive wheel? If so, is the pipe for the rider's personal 'exhaust'?
