  2. Orange? Must be too much paprika.
    Anyway, chop the skall off, dump the gutz, then strap it to a stick over the fire. Don't need nuthin else. Sit there and sip dragonfire and twist that stick.

    1. The meat color depends on what Mr. Fishie has been eating. Henry’s Lake trout are almost red from eating fresh water shrimp.
